About Abbie
Living in Montana has deeply shaped my appreciation for space—both the wide-open landscapes and the internal spaciousness we cultivate in healing. I find restoration in time outdoors, connection with community, creative projects, and live music. These rhythms of grounding and joy inform the way I show up in my work: present, relational, and rooted.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Montana State University (May 2024) and an LCPC in the state of Montana.
I work with individuals across ages and life stages, with a focus on strengthening connection to self, body, and community. I believe the counseling relationship can provide a foundation of safety and trust that allows you to rediscover those qualities within yourself. It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you deepen self-understanding, cultivate authenticity, and continue your journey home to yourself.
